For your convenience, the board has approved a two-part installment payment for your $700.00 dues. The balance may either be paid in full by March 1st, or paid in two installments of $362.50 each, including an additional $25.00 total fee for processing, making a two installments total of $725.00. The payment schedule will be as follows: - March 1st - Pay the full $700 balance, or pay the first $362.50 Installment
- June 1st - Unless fully paid already, pay the second $362.50 Installment

There is a $25.00 late fee for all payments 10 days past due as authorized by Article IV, Section 6 of the Covenants. Please note that late fees apply to each installment 10 days past due. |
